We stand by the quality of our products 100% and because of that we gladly offer a full refund if it’s your first time purchasing that specific product and it has been within 30 days since delivery.
To receive the refund, you must return the product with the shipping label that we provide or if you choose to purchase your own and after we receive your package we will go ahead and apply a full refund to your credit card or payment method you used.
We will also contact you to let you know that we have received your package and applied the refund. You should also receive an email confirming that a refund was applied to your payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Although this is extremely rare, if you start using our product and an adverse reaction occurs we highly encourage you to stop using our products. You may contact us and we will gladly offer a full refund to your order.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and allow up to 3-5 business days.
If you have not received a refund by then please contact us and we will look into this for you. If we have applied for a refund from our end then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you would like to exchange your product for another product or to cancel your order you may do so by contacting us and letting us know. If the product has been shipped out then you would have to wait until you receive it and ship it back to us. Once we receive the package we will go ahead and send you an exchange or to refund your order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

All orders will be shipped out same day if placed before 3pm Mountain Time unless told otherwise by customer. Any orders placed past 3pm Mountain Time will be shipped out next business day.
We currently do no ship to any countries outside of North America but we are in the process of working with distribution centers in several countries to offer our products worldwide.
