Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

We stand by the quality of our products 100%, and because of that, we gladly offer a full refund if it’s your first time purchasing that specific product and it has been within 60 days since delivery.

To receive the refund, you must return the product with the shipping label that we provide or choose to purchase your own, and after we receive your package, we will go ahead and apply a full refund to your credit card or payment method you used.

We will also contact you to let you know that we have received your package, and then we will issue your full refund or replacement. You should also receive an email confirming that a refund was applied to your payment method.

Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so if:

  • the product is not what you have ordered
  • the product(s) has arrived in a damaged condition
  • You we’re not satisfied with the results, but it must be within 30 days of receiving your order & your first time purchasing that product

Refunds (continued)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Returns Due to Adverse Reactions

Although this is extremely rare if you start using our product and an adverse reaction occurs, we highly encourage you to stop using our products. You may contact us, and we will gladly offer a full refund for your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account and allow up to 3-5 business days.

If you have not received a refund by then, please contact us, and we will look into this for you. If we have applied for a refund from our end, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted if you’ve done all of this.

Exchanges & Cancellations (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange your product for another product or cancel your order, you may contact us and let us know. If the product has been shipped out, you would have to wait until you receive it and ship it back. Once we receive the package, we will send you an exchange or refund your order.


If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

To return your product to us, you should mail your product to our Burbank location, located at 3819 West Burbank Boulevard Burbank, CA 91505, United States.

All orders will be shipped out the same day if placed before 3 pm Mountain Time unless told otherwise by the customer. Any orders placed past 3 pm Mountain Time will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Options for Domestic Customers

  • Free first-class shipping on orders over $50
  • For orders under $50, USPS charges anywhere from $4.50 to $8
  • Priority 1-3 business day shipping for a fee of $11 to $16
  • Overnight shipping for a fee of $22 to $32, depending on your location.

Shipping Options for Canada & Mexico Customers

  • Standard ground 4-7 day shipping for a fee of $28-50 depending on your location.

Shipping Options for International Customers

We currently do not ship to any countries outside of North America. Still, we are in the process of working with distribution centers in several countries to offer our products worldwide.
