How does it work?
Simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option on the product page and follow the normal purchase routine. During checkout, you will have to create an account, so you can log back in to edit or cancel your order if you ever need to.
Once your purchase, you’ll be set up in our subscription program, and from that moment on, you won’t ever have to worry about running out or going out of your way to purchase because we’ll automatically ship out your order the exact time you requested.
HOW DO I START A SUBSCRIPTION?
1. Select “Subscribe and Save” on the detail page for thousands of eligible products in the Subscribe & Save store.
2. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you, from monthly to every six months.
3. Skip your deliveries or cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting Manage Your Subscriptions
4. In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery. The price of the item may decrease or increase from delivery to delivery, depending on the Amazon.com price of the item when we process your order.
HOW TO SKIP YOUR NEXT DELIVERY?
- Login to your account, and in your profile on the left side, you’ll see several menu options.
- Choose “Subscriptions,” and on that page, you will see all your subscription orders which you can choose which one to view.
- After choosing which subscription order you want to view/edit, you’ll see options open to skip, cancel, or change your delivery frequency.
- Choose “Skip” to skip your next delivery.
Your next order will be skipped, and you won’t be charged for it, but your subscription program will still be active, so following that skipped order, you’ll be getting your next order.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SUBBSCRIBE & SAVE DELIVERY DAY?
- Login to your account, and in your profile, on the left side, you’ll see several menu options.
- Choose “Subscriptions,” and on that page, you will see all your subscription orders which you can choose which one to view.
- After choosing which subscription order you want to view/edit, you’ll see options open to skip, cancel, or change your delivery frequency.
- Choose “Change Delivery Date” to change your delivery date.
How to cancel your Subscribe & Save auto-delivery?
- Login to your account, and in your profile, on the left side, you’ll see several menu options.
- Choose “Subscriptions,” and on that page, you will see all your subscription orders which you can choose which one to view.
- After choosing which subscription order you want to view/edit, you’ll see options open to skip, cancel, or change your delivery frequency.
- Choose “Cancel” to cancel your subscription order.
Once you do that you wont be charged again and that subscription order will essentially be paused and whenever you’d like you can reactivate it to get back to getting your product and saving.
