CBD is legal in all 50 states. It’s perhaps least legal, however, in Idaho — an Inland Northwest state that has taken a stalwart stand against cannabis and everything with which it’s associated. In Idaho, you can only buy CBD products if they contain absolutely zero detectable THC. That’s right — full-spectrum CBD is illegal to sell in Idaho. We’ll get into why Idaho has taken this radical stance and what it means for people wanting to buy CBD in Idaho throughout the course of this guide. What Is CBD? Cannabidiol (CBD) is the second most-common naturally occurring cannabinoid. This particular situation involved the movement of tens-of-thousands of dollars of CBD across multiple state lines, however. In the ensuing years, there have been no cases of individuals in Idaho being prosecuted for possession of CBD containing THC.
