How Colorado Botanicals Started
Our story goes back to when one of Colorado Botanicals founder, Narek Sarokhani, grandmother was diagnosed with cancer. Sitting at the hospital there was a woman whom he spoke with and she told him about her husband’s journey with chemotherapy and going from that to taking high doses of CBD to help treat his case.
Knowing some information about CBD and its benefits, he began his search for a CBD company to give to help his grandmother. Faced with difficulties of which company or products to trust–due to the lack of information and transparency at that time–he decided not to risk going against what the medical professionals recommended. However, the burning desire to learn more about CBD did not stop.
After months of learning about CBD, the farming hemp aspect, the extraction of CBD, speaking to professionals, & meeting with potential farms, he launched the company along with a close friend–who was also very familiar with the field in–2017.
